CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Care for your new product(s) by:

  • Best practice is to style hair first, apply all hair products and then place our hair accessory in your hair
  • Do not submerge in water
  • To remove oils, fingerprints, or hair products from the frame, rub gently with a soft, dry cloth
  • Avoid rubbing gemstones directly with any force. They can catch on cleaning cloths and break
  • Do not use harsh cleaners
  • If necessary, a small amount of gentle dish soap on a damp, soft cloth can be used to spot clean

SHIPPING

  • We ship using USPS within the U.S.A.
  • Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally at this time.
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
  • We offer free shipping for orders over $50 to addresses within the U.S.A.
  • Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 3 business days to be handmade.

 

RETURNS

We gladly offer a 30-day return policy. Simply use the contact form on our website to let us know you wish to return your item. We will generate you a prepaid return mailing label. Once we receive your product back in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

We apologize, but gift cards are non-returnable.

 

REFUNDS

Once your order is canceled (before shipping) or your item is returned to us in its original condition, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation of the transaction. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be aware that it can take 7-10 days for credit card companies to process refunds.

 

EXCHANGES

Let us know you wish to exchange your item. We will send out your new item only after receiving your return.
